I doubt they will fit. That is a very wide wheel, but you never know for sure until you try it.
it's a +48mm offset, so it's pushing the wheels 3mm closer to the car, which isn't that big of a deal, but coupled with the 8.5" size, i'd be a little worried. normally when people run 8 or 8.5 inch rims, they'd run a 42, 40, or 38 offset to push the wheels further out in order to counteract the extra width inside the wheel wells. granted then you may have to roll the fenders, or adjust ride height so as not to rub.

The rear wheels inside lip will rub on your trailing arms for sure.... no question.
My 17x7.5+50's rubbed and your 18x8.5+48's sit another 11mm further inside then those.
