Stock muffler flows well. I just dyno'd 232whp and 202wtq. Torque is almost flat from 2000-6000

its weird how you can get such a high number on tq and hp with the stock muffler. but man great numbers BTW, I have the same setup and only making 212whp and 175tw that is with the following mods.
RBC
injen
BCRH
2.25 midpipe
twinloop muffler
650cc
stock internal k24a1/k20a2
running k20a2 crank pulley ( does it really make a different or should i go with the stock k24 Crank pulley?)

Damn those are some high number
is your car dyno tuned... I think you should be making some higher numbers but it could be the 2.25 exhaust.
to the op, Thats some good numbers but I agree that the axleback could be choking your setup.
what is the BCRH's exit dia..?? If it is 2.25" a step up design to 2.5" then to 3". A K24 is 25% bigger than a 2L
damn u guys made some really good numbers!
short ram

2.5 exhaust
440s

and i made 203hp 155tq on Dyno Dynamics
Update, I got retuned and made 222whp and 182wtq stock frank with bolt on. P.s this is with a k24a1 block.
Those are good numbers. For the record my numbers above ended up being wrong. There was a dyno problem. Not sure yet what the actual numbers are but they are lower. I'm now running an RRC manifold so we'll see how good it'll do.
Care to share your calibration? I'm curious to see your cam angles and ignition timing.
Yes, I recently retune with stock prb imo and stock muffler and made 218whp and 180wtq I lose alittle top end but the whole rpm prb gain alot over rbc im.
