you may repaint it to red or any color and if you still want to mention its brembo you can put brembo stickers on it. Cheapest and easy way
Well my Brembos are pretty beat up and i thought it would be awesome to do a red wrinkle finish just like the the Type R valve covers but ive been told it cant handle the heat brakes make.
Can anyone help me out with ideas on how to do this, thanks.

Different brands offer red paint made for calipers, which can handle to 900F but I am not sure you will be able to find the exact same color tone. Also you can find decals made for calipers. They also can handle high temperature.
You will NOT be able to find a high temp wrinkle finish paint for your calipers that matches the JDM valve cover. You can check out having your calipers powder coated since it's more durable and can take some high heat, but I've not seen a paint that can do it.

i dont know how much you use the EP3.. but if its regularly used it would be a PITA to clean those calipers. Almost a given you would have to take the wheel off everytime you washed the car to clean those calipers with a toothbrush.
I know my red wilwoods I can get away with 3 washes with just a spray. But then the 4th wash its a mandatory take wheel of and brush.
Only wrinkle black is viable color choice for a textured finish IMO (at least ones that get abused by the elements). Everything else just gets too dirty.
