Ground Controls Wrong Kit!

I just bought some Ground Control Coilovers from Showstoppers today. The guys that work there are really nice and helpfull but I think they gave me the wrong kit. The instructions say 2000 Civic. There was nothing about Si anywhere. I'm pretty sure I got the wrong kit because the upper pearch doesn't fit correctly.







It looks like the orginal label on the box seems to have been torn off and someone wrote "02- Civic Si".





I'm going to contact them tomorrow about driving back down there again and getting the correct kit.

Sorry to hear about that John.. Something doesn't seem right, not only with the parts not fitting, but with the box as well.

the perch should be gold and not red. the instructions i got are the same tho.

I'm going to call Showstoppers on Monday morning to see if they can get the right kit for me. This isn't good when I work a M-F job and my daily driver up on jackstands with the suspension in pieces.

The correct kit that I need is the Si specific one:
4533.01 Civic Si (with bump stops) 2002- 1 D front 0 to 2.5 $ 339

The kit that they sold me is:
4532.01 Civic (ex. Si) (with bump stops) 2002- 1 D front 0 to 2.5 $ 339

Hopefully. John has had some bad luck lately with mods for his car. Dumbfucks have messed up with his alarm install, the tint, and now this shop insists that the regular Civic kit is what John needs for his car... when anybody can see that isn't the case on the Ground Control website (and right here in this thread!). Hopefully everything will work out alright.
