    K20A2 Swap Part 2

Not completed yet, will finish tomorrow.
    DC and HP header comparison.

Both about the same, but HP has all the bolts easy to access, DC's center bolt is hardest to get to.
DC has equal length tubes and HP's two inner tubes have shorted distance to collector.
DC has 4-2-1 effect Hp has 4-1 effect. So I put DC on the A2.
DC has thinner flange, Hp has thicker flange
    (hint: DC is heat wrapped)

Port, the A2 Exhaust gasket is bigger than the openings of the A2 head and both headers. look:

So I just used the A3 exhaust gasket, its perfect size. You might have lost alittle power dew to that gasket being bigger, made a gap causing air bubble effect, restricing the exhaust alittle.

    Alittle dirty

    But I cleaned it up

Freaking A2 injector's top rubber o-rings are slightly smaller than the A3's to snugly fit the AEM fuel rail so I used the A3's top o-rings on the A2's injectors

Intake manifold gaskets are the same size for A2 and A3, stock A2 underneath the hondata heatsheild for A3.

Hmmmmm, should I adjust the fuel dampener? hehehehe NOT.

There is a big difference on the oil filter assemblies, A3 with white filter, A2 with blue filter.

That is it for now, stay tuned for tomorrow.:D
