Cool WOW, What a difference...Comptech Exhaust and Injen CAI installed...PICS

I put my Injen CAI on yesterday. Big difference compared to the short ram I had. I have more torque now and the throttle response is great!

I didn't take pics of the cai, since everyone has seen plenty of pics of those.

Today, I was asleep..tired from work...and all of a sudden my dogs were barking like mad to wake me up, I was pissed at first, but I found out why! They were telling me the UPS guy was here to deliver the comptech! :D He almost left, but I caught him in time...thanks to my heros Hunter and Gizmo :D
I just installed the comptech. Wow, easy install, fit great. First time I started it up, I was surprised to hear such a deep tone. I like it! Then when I took it for a test drive, I was very suprised how deep it was through all rpm until about 6000rpm you don't hear the exhaust much. The exhaust is definitely louder than I thought, I was a bit dissappointed with that at first, but I've already gotten used to it. It's relatively quiet at 60mph, 70-75. At cruise at 80mph it is a bit deep, maybe too deep for a long trip for some...not annoying, but maybe for some people it would be too much.

Peformance wise my car pulls even more now, and no torque loss. The B Pipe weighs the same as stock: 14.5lbs The muffler is 14lbs where as the stock one is 15.5lbs. The piping is about the same diameter on the flange to the cat as the stock one, but immediately opens up to 2.35" The stock B pipe was very small at the muffler 1.5"
The tip comes just about flush with the rear bumper. Overall, I'm very impressed with comptechs design, the fitament is the best I've seen. I've been through Apexi and HKS exhaust on my last car and this is by far the best fitament. No heat sheilds come close to hitting the exhaust pipping, no raddling, nothing. Perfect. I noticed that at the cat, my stock exhaust did not have a gasket! I know on my last car, I had one, I was surprised to see this. Thank fully I had some extra Mr. Gaskets handy for that. The comptech comes with a ring gasket for the muffler to b pipe.
    Here's the pics

    Hunter the hero

I'll attach the pics of it on the car so I you can see the bigger images.

:D yeah I know... I put it one during the night...I need to take it off, it is outta place, I'm just too lazy.

I may slap on my wifes 14's and take the car to the track and see how it goes. I should hopefully have dyno numbers tomorrow.

I wish I had something that I could use like that. If anyone near me has something like that, I could meet up with them. I have a camcorder, but nothing to load it up with. I just have a regular camcorder, not the digital kind.

But I will tell you, I've heard the greddy, and I really think mine is way deeper, imo.

Here's a pic I forgot, it's both mufflers. The stock one is on the left. The stock one appears bigger, but actually decreases in diameter once you look inside the piping. It appears bigger at first because it has to connect to the stock b pipe. But it's a good sized piping compared to the stock b pipe.
