    Post Spare Sub box.DIY 13 pictures

    I got tired of not hearing from Auto Acoustics, So I decided to work on something else about my sub. I hope this is helpfull. This took me all day to do. Im sorry if my descriptions are short, but im TIRED as hell and from smelling the resin all day IM :p :p

    Did you calculate volume? Looks like about .25 cu. ft. or waay too small. I guess you dont use your trunk... What model sub is that, 10W0? How does it sound?

    I winged it!!... The sub is a JL 12" w3v2 . IMO the sound is very good, maybe not as tight inside the square box I had before. The cubic inch was a factor, I know but this was my first try at it. I tried to maximize the space , thats why I raised the supports up with the 2x3 studs and framed the sub box bigger. Note i also have dynamat in the spare wheel well.

    I am planning to place my amps just above the spare tire. and my sub on the side .......

    That's not a 12W6 V2. the V2 resembles a W7, but with screwholes.
